Can CarSmart be used as a LoJack alternative?

Yes! Everybody that switched over from LoJack tells us that our car tracking system is much more accurate and our interface is more user friendly.

Does CarSmart still collect data when the vehicle is turned off?

You can request an update through the app to see the location of the vehicle, but otherwise, it does not collect data when the vehicle is turned off.

How long do batteries last on GPS vehicle tracking devices?

Battery for the CarSmart is unlimited! Plug-in GPS trackers draw power directly from your vehicle and will never “die” as long as the device is plugged in.

Can you use CarSmart to set up a geofence?

Yes! You can set up a geofence boundary in your PrimeTracking account to designate and specific area you want to monitor. When the vehicle enters or leaves that location, you’ll receive an alert.

How small are your GPS vehicle tracking devices?

CarSmart measures 2.2 x 1.9 x 0.66 inches.

Do your GPS vehicle trackers work for elderly people?

Absolutely! Both SafeTrack and CarSmart are excellent GPS trackers for elderly people. SafeTrack is a great choice for those who may wander off or frequently get lost. CarSmart is an excellent way to keep an eye on driving habits and vehicle safety while still enabling independence.
